Lakeview VIII – Yamaha
Berghammer originally constructed Lakeview VIII as a speculative, multi-tenant, industrial building. When Yamaha Motor Corporation decided to consolidate its Midwest headquarters to Lakeview VIII, the build-out required office space, technical classrooms and testing areas to be constructed inside the shell. The resulting headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is a 164,000 square foot facility that provides administrative and testing space and also distribution for all of the company’s product lines.
