Ryan Fire Protection

This project involves constructing a new office and warehouse facility to consolidate Ryan Fire Protection’s local offices. The building has a footprint of approximately 40,000 square feet, which includes 29,000 square feet of single-story warehouse space and 22,000 square feet of two-story office space, totaling 51,000 square feet of finished area. With a focus on longevity, careful consideration was given to the functionality of the space. This facility serves as the central hub for merging multiple businesses into one location and will function as the branch office in Wisconsin. Therefore, attention was dedicated to the branding of both the interior and exterior of the building.
