From the outside, building a warehouse or industrial facility may seem as simple as erecting four walls and a roof.

But it’s the little things that distinguish a top-flight contractor. Berghammer Construction manages a wide range of industrial and logistics projects with a keen eye trained on the minute details of budgeting, timelines and safety. You’ll occupy sooner, with fewer headaches and greater savings, when you partner with Berghammer.

Whether working directly with an owner or with a broker or owner’s rep, Berghammer rolls up its sleeves to make the most of every dollar budgeted. Pre-construction work is critical to this success, and our budgets are historically less than two percent under our guaranteed GMP.

Add to that a unique “phased contingency” approach, sterling safety record and direct involvement from Berghammer’s Executive Team, and you see why Berghammer has been the choice for more than three dozen major industrial building projects in southeastern Wisconsin.
