We are excited to welcome our summer intern, Sophia Weber.
Sophia is currently pursuing her degree in Construction Management at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), with an expected graduation in Spring 2028. Sophia already brings a wealth of work experience to our team, and we are honored to be her first official internship in the construction industry. This summer, she is most excited to jump into the day-to-day project work, and watch how structures evolve from concept to completion.
A native of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Sophia is the oldest of four siblings. When she isn’t studying or on the job site, you can find her baking, painting, or playing soccer. She also loves spending time with her dog, Walter, and enjoying the best ice cream spots by the beach.
