It was a hot day, but a fun day, as we joined project partners and community leaders for the groundbreaking of The Meridian in downtown Thiensville. Congratulations to all!
As general contractor, we’re excited to help with this transformation of an empty site into a vibrant mixed-use development. The Meridian will have 80 apartment homes, 5,000 SF of ground-floor retail space, underground parking, and common space amenities, bringing new energy to the community.
Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in summer 2027. We appreciate the collaboration of everyone involved and look forward to bringing this vision to life.
