1505 Apartments

The 1505 Apartments project is a mixed-use structure consisting of 77 residential units, a community room, exercise room, rooftop terrace, and approximately 10,000 SF of commercial space with underground parking. The complex is located on the southwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Beech Street in charming Grafton, Wisconsin. The adjoining Lumberyard Plaza public park space consists of a retaining wall separating the public plaza from the 1505 Apartments structure, a stream water feature, permeable pavers, fire pits, seating, and landscaping with irrigation.
