Breeze Terrace Apartments

The Breeze Terrace Apartments consist of a gated community of 213 apartments as three 33-unit apartment buildings and six 19-unit apartment buildings with a club house and associated parking. The 33-unit buildings are comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with common entrances and hallways within those three-story buildings. In the 19-unit buildings, the majority of the apartments are one-bedroom, with individual entrances within those two-story buildings. The project was completed on time, with each building delivered on schedule. The project was delivered on budget; realizing 100% of the savings projected at the beginning of the project, resulting in savings to the owner.
