On August 23, 2023, our team had the pleasure of attending the BizTimes Media Women in Business Symposium, and what an incredible experience it was! This event proved to be a perfect blend of inspiration, learning, and empowerment, leaving us motivated and energized.

A particular highlight was watching our Vice President Preconstruction Principal, Tiffany May, take center stage as she participated in a panel discussion. It was an honor to witness Tiffany share her insights and experiences with other accomplished women leaders from southeastern Wisconsin.

Beyond the educational aspect, the camaraderie we experienced as a team made the day truly memorable. Seeing the ladies in our office come together, supporting and cheering each other on as we attended the event was uplifting.

Lastly, thanks to BizTimes Media for organizing this transformative event and Tiffany May for eloquently representing our team on the panel! Together, we strive to create a more inclusive and diverse business landscape.
