Tiffany May Honored as a 2026 Emerging Leader of Waukesha County
We are so proud to celebrate Executive Vice President and Principal Tiffany May, who was honored as a 2026 Emerging Leader by the Waukesha County Business Alliance (WCBA). The award reflects the hard work, dedication, and leadership skills Tiffany demonstrates each and every day.
Tiffany has been an invaluable contributor to Berghammer’s continued growth, providing strategic leadership across preconstruction, business development, client relations, and project management. As a dedicated advocate and mentor, she brings women in construction together, strengthens professional connections, and creates opportunities for others to grow. As Board President and a co-founder of the Wisconsin chapter of She Builds, Tiffany helped launch the organization’s inaugural event, bringing together nearly 200 women from across the industry. She also serves on the boards of Seeds of Health Charter Schools and Marquette University’s Construction Engineering Advisory Board and is actively involved with TEMPO and WCREW.
Tiffany leads with purpose, generosity, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. We are grateful for her leadership at Berghammer and we are so proud to see her contributions to our company, industry, and community recognized with this well-deserved recognition. Congratulations!
