Sixteenth Street Community Health Center – Chavez Clinic

This 20,000 SF expansion and 3,000 SF renovation of the Sixteenth Street Clinic on Cesar Chavez Drive allowed the consolidation of two clinic locations into one and expanded services in the neighborhood, all while the clinic remained in full operation during construction. The multiple-story expansion and renovation includes an on-site pharmacy to improve patient access to care.
