Children’s Wisconsin Center for Child Development

This 24,000 SF tenant improvement buildout within an existing structure includes offices, exam rooms, treatment rooms, conference rooms, therapy gym, and lobby/waiting area. After demolition, new core and shell MEP infrastructure components were built. Children’s Wisconsin Center for Child Development focuses on treating children with delays in speech, language, motor skills, cognitive disabilities, learning disorders, attention and behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorder and psychological and developmental concerns brought on by exposure to trauma.
