Azura Memory Care – Oconomowoc

This community-based residential facility (licensed CBRF) was thoughtfully designed to support those in need of memory care in the community. The facility features two separate residential households within the building which can collectively house 44 residents. The 29,000 SF facility includes private rooms, enhanced suites, a specialized spa and salons, outdoor courtyards and a variety of other amenities specifically designed for residents with memory loss.
