Azura Memory Care/Assisted Living – Brookfield

This campus was specifically designed for both memory care and assisted living residents. The campus is comprised of two memory care buildings (A & B) of 20-24 residents each, and two assisted living apartment buildings (C & D) containing a mix of 2-BR, 1-BR, and studio units. Formerly the historic Mierow Farm, the original barn structure at the entrance at West Capitol Drive will be preserved to honor the rural legacy, and an existing popular produce stand will be incorporated into the overall site design, allowed to operate on it’s own permit. Outdoor amenities include a large garden to engage residents and connect them to that rural history.
