Aurora Health Care – Waukesha, WI

The AAH Highway F Renovations project includes renovations of 13,500 SF within an occupied medical office building (MOB). This project expands on existing services for multiple departments: Ophthalmology and Vision Center, Occupational Health, MOHS Surgery, and Dermatology. This is a multi-phased project which also includes replacement of an existing RTU. Lean construction methods during this project were utilized to ensure the project was delivered under budget, and within the projected schedule. The Berghammer team maintained a high level of communication and coordination with the client to minimize disruptions to the staff and patients in the adjacent spaces, and guaranteed a smooth project delivery while working in an active environment.
