Downtown Milwaukee’s first off-leash dog park opened on August 20. From wagging tails and happy barks to plenty of smiles, we captured the excitement of the day in these photos.
More than 20,000 SF of space, with separate runs for large and small dogs, transforms what was once a gravel lot into a welcoming community gathering spot in the heart of downtown. Berghammer is proud to have constructed this unique project alongside the design team at GRAEF and many other trade partners, with leadership from Matt Dorner, Milwaukee Downtown BID #21, and the City of Milwaukee.
