Matt Iwanski and Tiffany May have each been promoted to Executive Vice President / Principal. Matt and Tiffany will continue in their current roles and existing reporting structures and teams.

Matt is a key operational leader, overseeing operations and project management, and routinely taking on complex, challenging projects across both field and office environments. His responsibilities span project execution, client relations, project financials, and project administration. In addition, Matt plays an important role in mentorship, community relations, and recruitment. His deep knowledge of construction engineering and attention to detail are instrumental in delivering successful projects.
Tiffany continues to provide strategic leadership for Berghammer, leading preconstruction, business development, client relationship management, healthcare projects, and special projects, among other duties. Tiffany is an expert in our industry and a strong advocate for women in construction, with a focus on mentorship and professional development. She brings strategic vision to individual projects and to the organization as a whole, building trust, sharing expertise, and helping identify resources that support our long-term growth.
