Congratulations on retirement, Jim! December 31, 2025 was Jim’s last official day with us. We had some fun with him at our Annual State of the Company meeting in December, but he took it all in stride, with his usual good humor, after being recognized for 26 years with Berghammer.
In addition to being fun to work with and a true master of the industry, Jim was a shining example of servant leadership in construction, in our broader community, and in his mission work. His work centered around education, mentorship, and faith-based organizations, directly intersecting with his professional background.
One of Jim’s lasting legacies is reflected in our core value of service: all Berghammer employees are encouraged to get involved in volunteer activities outside of work to make a positive impact.
We sure will miss you around the office, Jim, but we know the future is bright for a beautiful new path ahead. Enjoy retirement!
