Balcan Innovations Inc. marked the start of a significant expansion at its Pleasant Prairie facility with a groundbreaking ceremony. We built this facility more than 25 years ago for a previous owner, and then partnered with Balcan in 2021 when the company launched its U.S. operations. Berghammer is honored to return as Balcan’s construction partner on this latest endeavor.
The expansion will support the installation of new, high-performance equipment and further their investment in polyethylene film and packaging production. Our project team has embraced the challenge of building around specialized equipment with precision, speed, and coordination.
