Commitment to the Community
At Berghammer, giving back is part of who we are. Through our Social Squad employee champions, we support organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Block Build MKE, Feeding America, Hunger Task Force, HAWS, and many more. Our outreach efforts keep us connected and energized, both locally and beyond.
Partnering with Revitalize Milwaukee, we help provide critical construction services in vulnerable neighborhoods.
Berghammer has partnered with the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County (HAWS) to help improve their facilities as well as provide volunteer and donation support.
Our team participates in WBCA Experience the Trades Expo and Building Advantage Career Fairs, inspiring thousands of high school students to explore trade careers.
Berghammer employees mentor high school students in construction and engineering, offering hands-on experience and guidance.
Jim Parks has family ties to a mission in Quito, Ecuador, where he and other volunteers supported multiple community house-building projects over the years.
It’s in the spirit of giving and responsibility that we have supported a variety of organizations through the Berghammer Foundation. As part of our ongoing commitment to the community, Berghammer established the Berghammer Foundation in 2009, and throughout the years, we have made contributions to a diverse group of more than 100 community organizations.
