
We are pleased to announce the promotion of five of our field team members in recognition of their leadership, work ethic, and contributions.
Mike Haasch – Senior Superintendent
Mike has consistently demonstrated calm, effective leadership in the field, taking pride in creating workflow efficiencies and meticulously managing project details. His successful track record includes completing several large-scale projects, and we will rely on his leadership for future work.
Dean Korber – Superintendent
Since joining Berghammer eight years ago, Dean has demonstrated significant growth and commitment to his career. Dean continues to learn quickly and develop as a genuine leader in the field. He is known for his attention to detail and his ability to clearly communicate project needs to everyone on site—all while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
Jacob Smoot – Carpenter Foreman
Jacob has advanced through the organization from apprentice to a key field leader. He began his career with us as an apprentice and has since taken on significant responsibility. Jacob has consistently stepped up, leading self-performed carpentry work with diligence and skill. He has done an exceptional job developing strong relationships and earning the trust of our clients on the projects he manages. Jacob also establishes positive connections with other trade partners. He embodies our values and commitment to excellence.
Joe Franklin – Laborer Foreman
Joe has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and reliability since joining the team in 2019. He has emerged as a dependable leader in the field, known for his positive attitude and ability to take ownership of responsibilities. He consistently gives his best effort in every task, always without complaint. Joe is someone both Superintendents and Project Managers can rely on. His positive attitude and commitment make him a valuable representative of Berghammer by consistently handling responsibilities with confidence and care.
Matt Klusman – Laborer Foreman
Matt has stepped into leadership roles with confidence, showing strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. His adaptability and steady approach have contributed to the successful delivery of projects under his direction. Over the past couple of years, Matt has consistently taken on challenges when Berghammer needed a project leader. His attention to detail, willingness to ask questions, and humble leadership style have contributed to the successful completion of every project he has overseen.
