Congregational Home Addition (In Progress)

Expansion of existing skilled nursing facility to encompass 30 new units, along with a renovation of 20 existing units. Project is being phased to allow for minimized downtime of the current, operating facility. Key challenges for this project are maximizing site design for the new areas and parking capacity, as well as relocation of all main utilities feeding the building.
