The Scoot Grandeur Apartments

The Scoot Grandeur is a four-story, 78-unit luxury apartment development with retail space and enclosed, heated parking. This multifamily and mixed-use development project is on the SW corner of Packard and Layton in Cudahy. The Scoot offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a clubroom, a roof deck, and a fitness center as well as 4,100 SF of first-floor retail space. The name Scoot refers to an old interurban rail line that brought workers to Cudahy at the turn of the century.
