We are excited to officially announce that Kevin White is the new President of Berghammer Construction. Kevin succeeds Jim Parks, who will retire in December 2025.
Kevin has been an integral part of Berghammer for most of his career, having joined the company in 1995 as our first intern at the Milwaukee State Street office. Over the years, he has played a key role in our growth and success, holding various positions in project management and leadership.
After working at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, he returned to Berghammer in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Principal, focusing on business development, preconstruction, and project management across multiple sectors.
Reflecting on his journey, Kevin shared, “It has been an honor to witness Berghammer’s steady growth and the positive changes within our company and the industry. I am particularly proud of the strong relationships we’ve fostered between our field and office teams, making sure that the customer comes first in everything we do.”
He is excited to lead Berghammer into the future, while at the same time, acknowledging how Jim’s leadership has brought us to today’s success. Looking back, Kevin appreciates Jim’s passion for mentoring others, his deep commitment to community involvement, and giving back.
Jim Parks has been a valued leader at Berghammer for 25 years. He joined us in 1999 as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, became a principal in 2004, and assumed the role of President in 2017. Under his leadership, Berghammer navigated significant industry challenges over the years with his practical approach and a commitment to the company’s core values.
“Working alongside Kevin for much of my career has been a true pleasure,” said Jim. “His dedication to our clients and team members makes him the ideal leader for Berghammer’s next chapter.”
Jim will remain involved over the next year as the transition takes place. Our mission remains the same, continuing to grow our reputation for excellence in client relationships and providing the ultimate construction experience.
