Siena on the Lake

Phase 1 included the construction of two buildings including a 44,000 SF, 64-bed residence (convertible to RCAC), and a 53,000 SF 70-bed retreat center. Phase 2 included 125,000 SF of new construction and renovation, including Shorelight Memory Care, a 95-bed SNF/CBRF (skilled nursing, memory care, rehab), and the conversion of existing space to office, dining and support services.
