Kevin White
President, Principal
Kevin is responsible for managing all aspects of Berghammer’s projects, including pre-construction services, budgeting and cost control, value engineering, and scheduling. Those services segue into the development of bid packages, subcontractor selection, quality assurance, and all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
Kevin has more than 28 years of construction experience across many market sectors. Kevin started his career at Berghammer as an Intern and was hired as a Project Engineer upon graduation. He advanced to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager as a 10-year Berghammer employee. Kevin departed for ten years to become Director of Construction at Fiduciary Real Estate Development. Kevin returned to Berghammer in 2015 as a Partner, and at the start of 2025, stepped into the role of President. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science, Construction Administration degree from UW-Madison and Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.

Jim Parks
Principal
As recent past President of the firm, Jim Parks applies his more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry to successfully manage all aspects of project delivery with a focus on pre-construction services. He routinely assists clients with project feasibility analysis and personally oversees Berghammer’s pre-construction, conceptual estimating, and preliminary budgeting processes. His experience and background in the industry include multiple facility types such as commercial office, retail, education, religious, as well as manufacturing and industrial facilities.
Prior to joining Berghammer in 1999, Jim served as a Division President of a Wisconsin-based general contracting/construction management firm. He practiced real estate, bankruptcy, and corporate law, and commercial litigation preceding his involvement in the construction industry.
A Milwaukee native, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In addition, Jim serves on the boards of Milwaukee Catholic Home, Center for Working Families, and St. Mary’s Parish. He is actively involved in NAIOP and is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin Chapter and which recognized him as Associate of the Year in 2000 and 2004. Jim also enjoys serving as a mentor and participates in mentorship programs through NAIOP and Nativity Jesuit Academy.

Matthew Iwanski
Senior Vice President, Principal
In his role as Principal and Project Executive, Matt oversees all aspects of Berghammer’s projects, including preconstruction services, budgeting and cost control, value engineering, and scheduling. Those services segue into developing bid packages, subcontractor selection, quality assurance, and project management from inception to completion. His extensive project experience ranges from multi-phased renovations to new construction and for various project types — from complex industrial facilities to nuanced historic renovations. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Construction Engineering and Management Option. He is a State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Engineer.

Martin Chapa
Vice President Healthcare, Principal
As Vice President of Healthcare Construction, Principal and Project Executive, Martin specializes in managing acute healthcare projects including feasibility studies, Lean preconstruction services, complex coordination of patient occupied multi-phased projects and construction management with Lean processes with a goal of zero RFI’s/ zero change orders. His reputation for building high performing teams with healthcare provider teams, design consultants, and trade partners has been key in delivering successful projects over his 35+ years of experience. He is focused on the client’s design intent, coordination of a common goal, and managing projects as a team. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies.

Tiffany May
Vice President Preconstruction, Principal
Tiffany is a key contributor and effective leader with the ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers and teams to promote an exceptional experience. Tiffany has been in the construction industry since 2002, serving in roles from business development to preconstruction, estimating, and project management. She has a keen ability to leverage project management skills to introduce new tools for cost/time savings and efficiency improvements. She excels in creating relationships with internal and external clients.
Tiffany leads the preconstruction process, contract administration, and monitoring of all project activity, including a proactive role in pre-job planning, including design development, estimating, scheduling, bidding, contracts, and project team communications. Tiffany received recognition for her impact on the construction industry from The Daily Reporter’s 2024 Women in Construction awards and from the BizTimes Milwaukee 2025 Notable Women in Construction, Design & Engineering award.
She is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. With a passion for supporting women in construction, Tiffany is leading the establishment of the Wisconsin Chapter and serves on the executive board for She Builds. Additionally, she serves on the board for Seeds of Health, a K-12 charter school system in Milwaukee.

Chris Rosene
Chief Financial Officer, Principal
Chris leads Berghammer’s Finance and Treasury functions. His responsibilities include leading the design, documentation, and implementation of proactive, efficient, and effective financial and accounting policies, as well as the oversight of the preparation of corporate financial statements, budgets, corporate tax returns, and cash flow.
Chris serves as Berghammer’s primary liaison to the company’s external resources for banking, bonding, legal, and corporate insurance (business and health) and directs and administers Berghammer’s corporate human resources, information technology, and risk management programs. He serves as a member of the Executive Management Team and participates in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and operational execution.
Prior to joining Berghammer in 2012, Chris held leadership positions with similar responsibilities across various industries, including 10 years with a national real estate development company. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Wisconsin (inactive) and is a board member of the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS). Chris also serves on the Executive Committee for Fusion Group, a captive insurance company.
He is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
