Interstate Partners’ signature corporate park, Ridgeview in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, quickly gained tenants, and the developer needed new space for a single-tenant structure. Berghammer mobilized to construct a 120,000 square foot distribution facility to create the tenant’s space within the 500-acre Ridgeview development.
