Berghammer is the general contractor for the construction of a 113,000-square-foot distribution facility. Zilber Property Group, the owner of the plot of land, is building a speculative, precast, multi-tenant facility in the Ridgeview Development in Pewaukee. Eppstein Uhen Architects has designed a class A industrial facility available to be divided into two separate spaces.
