JAX Inc. Groundbreaking

Ground was broken today for the JAX INC. headquarters in Menomonee Falls. The 120,000 square-foot structure will include production space and two stories of offices, with completion in the spring of 2023. JAX Inc. is a US-based industrial lubricant manufacturer specializing in high-performance synthetic lubricants, fleet and heavy-duty lubricants, industrial lubricants, biodegradable and food-grade lubricants.

Downtown Montessori Academy

With students moving in next week, this 11,000 square foot project is an expansion of the adolescent annex building on the Downtown Montessori Academy (DMA) campus and is the latest and largest project for this location. The project includes classrooms and multi-purpose space in a new three-story building connected to a 100-year-old cream city brick structure. Groth Design Group is the architect.
