Grafton, WI: A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on June 13th for the “Lumberyard Plaza” public park space adjoining the new 1505 Apartments in downtown Grafton. The project is in the old 11th Avenue right-of-way at the SW corner of Beech Street and Wisconsin Avenue and consists of a retaining wall separating the public plaza from the 1505 Apartments structure, a “stream” water feature, permeable pavers, fire pits, seating, and landscaping with irrigation. 1505 Apartments also provided tours of the new mixed-use project.
